Peekery Terms of Use

By using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Peekery.
1. Who can use Peekery
Peekery is made for adults. You must be at least 13 to sign up for email. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you.
2. Your use of the Service
We give you a personal, non-commercial, revocable right to play Peekery and share your results. You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated tools to play, collect answers, or copy content
- try to get answer keys, reverse engineer the game, or get around its limits or security
- copy, republish, sell, or build another product from our puzzles or images, except for sharing your own results and share cards as the site lets you
- use our images or content to train, test, or improve any AI or machine-learning model
- use the Service to break any law or to harass, harm, or impersonate anyone
- use the Service in a way that overloads it or interferes with other players
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
3. Our content
Peekery's name, logo, site design, puzzles, item lists, and software belong to us or our licensors. Our puzzle scenes are created with AI image tools ([Powered by Stability AI / IMAGE PROVIDER ATTRIBUTION]) and arranged by us. These terms don't give you any right to use our name or logo.
4. Share cards and feedback
You're welcome to share your results and the share cards the site creates. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you or owing you anything.

If you sign up, we'll send you the daily puzzle and, if you opted in, occasional news. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.

8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will always be available, error-free, or that puzzles, streaks, or stats will never be lost.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
10. Indemnity
If you misuse the Service or break these terms, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim, including lawyers' fees.
11. Changes and ending the Service
We may change, pause, or stop any part of Peekery at any time. We may also update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll post the new date and tell subscribers by email. If you keep using Peekery after a change, you're agreeing to the new terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
